Payment Terms

To ensure a secure and efficient business relationship, Nexum Industries offers the following payment options:

• 60% Advance Payment upon order confirmation and 40% before shipment
• 100% Advance Payment with order placement
• Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) for approved transactions

Note: New customers are required to provide valid Bank References or Trade References with their first order.

Order Policy

• Orders of all quantities and sizes are welcome.
• Mixed-product orders are accepted.
• Custom manufacturing is available according to customer specifications.
• Private Label and OEM services are available.
• Custom Brand Names, Logos, Artwork, Printing, Embossing, and Embroidery can be applied in any color.
• Products are available in Youth and Adult Sizes where applicable.
• Customized packaging and carton branding can be provided at an additional cost.

Product Specifications

Nexum Industries is committed to maintaining high-quality standards. However:

• Product dimensions, weights, and specifications are approximate until final production and shipment.
• Customers must provide complete shipping instructions, including destination port and consignee details, when placing orders.

Standard packaging includes:

• Individual polybag protection (where applicable)
• Strong export-quality cartons
• Secure tape sealing
• Protective wrapping for safe transportation

Customized packaging solutions are available upon request.

Delivery & Shipping

Nexum Industries maintains efficient production and logistics processes to ensure timely worldwide delivery.

Ready Stock Items

Available stock products are dispatched promptly upon confirmation of payment.

Customized & OEM Orders

Production lead times vary depending on order quantity, customization requirements, and product specifications.

Express Delivery

For urgent requirements, we offer:

• DHL Express Shipping
• Approximate delivery times:
  • 3 Working Days to Europe, United Kingdom, and the Middle East
  • 4 Working Days to USA, Canada, and Australia

Priority DHL services may be available upon request for selected destinations.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For large-volume orders, shipments are arranged through reliable cargo and freight services.

For the most economical shipping rates, we recommend placing bulk orders at least one month in advance. Sea freight delivery generally takes approximately 30 days, depending on destination and customs procedures.

Pricing Policy

Nexum Industries provides quotations based on:

• FOB (Free On Board)
• CFR / C&F (Cost and Freight)

To receive the most accurate and competitive pricing, customers are encouraged to specify the product categories of interest when requesting quotations.

Quality Guarantee & Warranty

Return & Replacement Policy

• Claims must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Replacements are available for manufacturing defects only.

Exclusions

Nexum Industries cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made products where incorrect information was provided by the customer, including:

• Incorrect logos or artwork
• Misspelled names
• Incorrect measurements or sizing
• Incorrect customization specifications

Samples

Product samples are available for evaluation.

Sample Policy

Samples are supplied against advance payment covering:

• Sample cost
• Courier charges

Samples are dispatched through reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
