Payment Terms

To ensure smooth processing of orders, Nexum Industries offers the following payment options:

  • 60% Advance Payment with Order Confirmation and 40% Balance Before Shipment
  • 100% Advance Payment with Order
  • Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) for approved transactions

Note: New customers are required to provide valid Bank References or Trade References with their first order.

Order Information

  • Orders of any quantity or volume are welcome.
  • Mixed product orders are accepted.
  • OEM and Private Label Manufacturing services are available.
  • Custom Names, Brands, Logos, Labels, Printing, Embossing, and Embroidery can be applied according to customer requirements.
  • Products are available in all standard sizes.
  • Customized carton printing and branding can be arranged at an additional cost.
  • Product weights, dimensions, and specifications are approximate until final production and shipment.
  • Customers must provide complete shipping instructions, including the destination port and consignee details, when placing an order.

Packaging

Our standard export packaging includes:

  • Individual protective packing where applicable
  • Strong export-quality cartons
  • Plastic tape sealing
  • Polypropylene wrapping for additional protection during transit

Customized packaging solutions are available upon request.

Delivery & Shipping

Ready Stock Products

In-stock products are shipped immediately after confirmation of payment receipt in our bank account.

Customized Orders

Production and delivery times for custom-made products depend on the order quantity, specifications, and customization requirements.

Express Shipping

For urgent deliveries, Nexum Industries offers DHL Express services:

  • Europe, United Kingdom & Middle East: Approximately 3 Working Days
  • USA, Canada & Australia: Approximately 4 Working Days
  • Priority DHL Service within 72 Hours available upon customer request

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For distributors, wholesalers, and bulk buyers, shipments are arranged through reliable cargo and freight services.

To benefit from economical freight rates, we recommend placing bulk orders at least one month in advance. Sea freight delivery generally takes around 30 days depending on the destination.

Pricing Policy

Nexum Industries provides quotations on:

  • FOB (Free on Board)
  • C&F / CFR (Cost and Freight)

As manufacturers and exporters of industrial products and OEM solutions, we recommend specifying the product categories of interest when requesting a quotation. This enables us to provide accurate pricing and product information.

Quality Guarantee & Warranty

At Nexum Industries, quality is our highest priority.

We guarantee all products manufactured in our facility against defects in workmanship and materials. Any item found defective due to manufacturing faults will be replaced.

Return & Replacement Policy

  • Claims must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the goods.
  • Returned products must remain in their original condition and packaging.

Warranty Exclusions

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded if incorrect information was provided by the customer, including:

  • Incorrect logos or artwork
  • Misspelled names
  • Wrong measurements or specifications
  • Incorrect customization details

Samples

Samples are available for quality evaluation and approval.

Sample Policy

  • Samples are provided against advance payment of sample costs and courier charges.
  • Samples are dispatched exclusively through trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
